The Institute for Trial Consulting^SM is an educational organization that empowers litigators to maximize their chances for successful results in court and/or in alternative dispute resolutions. Among these documents are samples evaluation forms, articles written by Dr. Singer on the subject of Witness Preparation, sample witness preparation reports, and more to help your work in properly preparing witnesses for trial.
